I purchased a vape from this shop, and after trying it, I immediately noticed a burnt taste. I clearly explained that the product tasted burnt. However, the employee named Alex insisted that the flavor was strawberry and claimed there was no burnt taste at all. I suggested that we test it using a disposable mouthpiece (tip), but he said they did not have one and refused to try the product himself, while continuing to deny the issue. Despite the product clearly having a burnt taste, he stated that they do not accept returns under any circumstances, claiming it is their store policy. The only “solution” he offered was increasing the discount on my active account from 10% to 15%, which is completely unacceptable given the situation. This is by far the worst customer service and return policy I have ever experienced. King Vape does not stand behind the products they sell and shows no interest in resolving legitimate customer complaints. I absolutely do not recommend purchasing anything from this store. If you happen to encounter someone named Alex who claims to be a manager, I strongly suggest walking out immediately — he will not help you in any way.
