First visit went great. had one or two issues with 1 employee but since then, it has been awesome! they always take care of me! got a new nectar collector today too as well as another 3D printed cat, I have started a 3D plastic animal farm haha I appreciate all the work you guys do!

Rusty’s has a new frequent customer! I first came in looking to get set up for flower with an all purple setup, and they provided what they had and offered to order the items I needed that weren’t available! Everyone that has checked me out has been great :)

I am a frequent customer at mainly the commerce city location but I do go to both. I just wanted to say that the customer service is always awesome but one employee in particular always goes way way above and beyond. Jaya always greets me and other customers with a smile that is genuine. She also knows a lot about all there products and is very knowledgeable. Life is hard enough and when Jaya actually cares about her regulars and show it ,we'll that could change a person's whole day. Thank again!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rusty’s Vape & Smoke Shop is one of the best shops I’ve been to in Denver. The staff here are incredibly welcoming and down to earth they treat you like a real person, not just another customer. The store is well-stocked with a huge variety of products, and everything is neatly organized so it’s easy to find what you need. What stood out to me the most was how genuinely helpful and respectful the staff were. They took the time to answer questions and make sure I walked out feeling taken care of. That kind of service is rare these days and really makes a difference. If you’re looking for a shop that values both quality products and great customer service, this is the place. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I don't know what happened but this was my new place to get my Geek Bar now Im gonna have to find somewhere else to go no longer the best place to get my Geek Bar went up by 13 dollars total and it dont even last me like they use to this first time I got Geek Bar X and it's out of juice in 3 days when Im used to them lasting me two weeks.Yeah cant be spending 43 bucks every 3 days.
