So I came to this location about 4 weeks to go they had a special on some vape for 1199 I told the gentleman that has his nails painted black that I didn't want no ice or no menthol he gives me two 6 mg I try them and their menthol. So I called back up here to let them know they had me call the 120th location to speak to the owner The owner then trade it both of them out he said also please give us another try Don't just stop coming to us. So I came up here Sunday to the 104th location a lady I told her no menthol no ice I open up one of my bottles yesterday and put it in my vape and it was menthol and menthol taste to it. I called 104 location 3:00 to 4 times and they only want to switch out the one that was closed then I called 120th location to see if the owner was there that gentleman took my information down at 11:00 a.m. and I have not heard from the owner yet. So I contacted the 104th location and they still would only switch out the one that wasn't open. So either I dispute it through the bank on the card or wait for the owner or go inside and switch out the one that is still closed and still wait for the owner to call me I'll give the owner until the rest this day if I don't hear from him then I will be disputing it on the credit card and I will not use this location no more I will just go to the web by my house on 72nd and Sheridan.

I tried to go in at 9:45 on a Thursday. There were three neon “open” signs flashing on the front door, alongside their hours posted. They claim to close at 11 on Thursday. But locked the door at 9:30 and refused to even acknowledge me. Will not be back.
