By far the best vape shop in Greeley. The staff is excellent no matter who is working. They even have really great loyalty program on top of the low prices. I refuse to go anywhere else since I found this shop.

Hands down the best shop anywhere, full stop. They will help you out if you break your new rig and they have killer raffles. They will special order things for you as well.

Today is November 23rd, 9:27 a.m. I went in yesterday for 2 vapes, got 1 for free since I am a frequent customer. The guy helping me was super nice BTW. I opened 1 of the vapes last night, hit it and it wouldn't turn off, it also tasted gross. So today I asked my husband if he could go exchange it because why would I keep something that obviously isn't working and the only guy working right now assumed we took back an old vape. He asked my husband for a receipt which I had it texted to me then forwarded it to my husband. My husband shows him the receipt on his phone and the guy says hmmm I've never seen a receipt on a text. Mind you when you pay it asks how you want your receipt and I chose text message. The guy took a hit of the vape I returned, threw it on the counter and said its old. He then stated that he's never seen us return anything but if we start going in and returning vapes they will refuse. Well let me tell you something sir we will NEVER RETURN to this place again. One thing I am not nor will ever be is a thief. Your 25 dollar vape malfunctioned and I was told yesterday if something is wrong with them to bring them back within 24 hours for an exchange and I did and now you lost our business.

Idk who the girl is that was behind the counter that had the pink and yellow hair, but she was super rude and her customers services skills suck. She didn’t even hand me my receipt off the printer. I asked her for the peach plus and she told me that was the only one she had and I told her she was too short to get it. She just seemed really combative for a customer service job.

We went into this shop last night for the first time and the lady there was VERY RUDE. her attitude towards us was just rude. Didn't seem like she wanted us as customers. I'd rather drive across town then go here again.
