cleaner than it used to be, has a drive thru, honestly great prices and kind and good service. they even tell ME "thank you" after leave/purchasing. I will say if you enjoy smoking decent tobacco or know more than a "novice", probably avoid this place. if you need a pack, vape, or quick fix for kratom ect. not bad but as far as smoking knowledge... i have only spoken to MAYBE one employee about 6 months ago who was worth his salts. the current staff can't tell or know the different cuts or flavors. ITS A SMOKE SHOP.... know your product.... ps if you're assuming im an old crocheted old man, i'm a young, bi, dem+rep ( i vote based on the year ). enjoy your day and if the owner *stares at screen* see this you guys have a good thing going keep up the good work.

I have been a customer at the Lakewood location for about a month now. Every time I get service from the “assistant manager” Brandon I receive bad service, he is rude and has overcharged me twice on cigars. I shop there daily for a cigar and lottery tickets. Today I forgot my id and he became very rude about it. I completely understand policy but like I stated I shop there everyday. I have purchased cigars without id at that location with other staff. I’m sure that my complaint might be minuscule but I’m big on customer service, And I believe that everyone should be treated fairly and with respect. There is always a better way to handle any situation. I’m in the system as a “loyalty customer”, shouldn’t I be treated fairly??
