Cloud Bar Smokes and Vapes

Had the greatest experience with Cory (hope I’m spelling her name right!) she was so friendly and super helpful with picking out disposables and introduced me to new ones I would have never considered before! Wish I lived out here so I could swing by more often and chat it up!

Korey was amazing. She is a ray of sunshine on a snowy day. Her three question flavor profile was spot on! I bought both because she was so sweet!

Every time I walk in, I feel so welcomed and appreciated, there’s such a wide variety of products at a great price. The employees are always so helpful, making this a regular stop for me.

Overall poor experience. I just moved to the area and went in late one night a bit desperate and glad to see someone near my home open at that hour. The lady that helped me was having some sort of medical episode, having to stop because she was dizzy and saying she was about to pass out but then saying she was fine and this was normal for her. Ok. She also had a hard time using the payment system. They have a small selection of really overpriced bongs but again I'm new to this area and thought maybe that's the market here. She couldn't ring in my one item and fiddled around on the computer for a few minutes and said she'd just ring in something similar in price. Then she told me it was on sale for 20% off but then she couldn't figure out how to give me the discount so she just didn't. $60 for a little 6" bong, whatever. After I purchase it I see that it's not a design in the glass but a poor hand paint job. Ok. I washed it out and have used it a few times but it kept leaving a funny taste. Anyway I got a new bong today from somewhere else for $40 and you can see the comparison.

They tell they're going to have products but never do. I was sold Fogger system, I was told they will get cartridges. Never happened, 50 stick told they would have them never do anymore. It seems this store is the stuff they can't sell at there other store. I'm going back to Kraken vape shop, a little farther but they don't string you on.
