Smoker Friendly

Let me start off by saying today is my birthday. My license expires at the end of the day today. So I went in to stock up because I could not get an appointment to get my license renewed until the 26th of this month because I procrastinated which is my fault. But the people inside Smoker Friendly would only go off of their computer telling me my license was expired and would not even look at my ID. They said they could only go off of what the computer says, I don't understand how you can hire people to work in a place that they need to check my ID but they don't understand what an expiration date is. Went to another smoke shop right up the road and now they will be getting my $400 to 500 a month. It's a lousy way to lose business but at least I don't have to go by what a computer says twice every time i go in. there was a nice lady that just looked at my ID and handed me what I asked for. I understand that this Smoker Friendly location has gotten in trouble before for selling to a minor so they put other measures in place to ensure that would not happen again. But as I stayed in the beginning today is my 45th birthday and I've been coming in here every week and everybody knows me.

Cigar prices are not great compared to online shops like Carona cigar, also staff is extremely weird and off-putting. Blonde dude with a man bun thinks people wanna hear his political opinions and the fact you have to scan your ID makes No sense no matter how much they try to convince you "iT wAs ThE cItY". Really? Then how come you can go to any other shop in town and not need to scan your ID? Meh. Cheap bovada packs.

I should have counted my change . I turned in a $5 and $20 winning tickets .I was supposed to get $13 back from scratch tickets. He gave me $8 back on top of my additional tickets . I noticed it down the road and went back. He was gone ,to bank. Lady showed me receipt and it showed just a $20 win ,$8 change. He even said , I owe $13. ????

You need an ID to buy 21+ items...who knew?! They carry great selection of cigars(especially for the area), staff are friendly, and prices are right on par. The shop itself deserves 5 stars. I would say the lounge is also great. I just wish the filtration or air system was a little bit better and that they maybe had one or two more chairs. Highly recommend!

Some pretty lame reviews here... I live in Denver and smoke at a lot of different lounges. I like this place a great deal, fantastic selection of cigars, the humidor is kept properly (probably some of the best kept cigars I have ever smoked in Colorado) and the lounge is quiet and not full of people. I will be coming back here again for certain!
