Very pleasant and professional manager, not sure how long this shop has been here very basic seems to be a bit empty they do have a simple humidor built in for Cigar smokers. Plenty of space and opportunity for future product availability.

There are three people that work there; the father (owner) and his two sons. Dad and the older son are very nice. I'm a regular patron and have been able to exchange some items with them. HOWEVER(!), the youngest son totally lacks people skills. He's rude and nasty and, I'm sure, accounts for most of the negative reviews. It's like he hates being there and he makes no secret of it. Anyway, small but varied cannabis products, which is why I go. Avoid the kid and your visit there will be much more satisfying. OMT, avoid any cookie or cake, gas bags. They're terrible.

I purchased a disposable code red pen and it stopped working with only using it for a few weeks. I was bummed to find out through my research that it could possibly be a battery default since the pens are more common now and made with cheaper material. I purchased another pen (a different brand this time) and as soon as I used it on the same day, it wasn’t working. I charged it for 2 hours and it still didn’t work. I was informed today no returns or exchanges even though the guy working today was the same guy working yesterday (the day I purchased the pen).
