The staff here legit when you have the right worker are the most informed of vape store staff around. They are also very big on pulling new products into their store regularly. They tend to have quite an amazing rotation. The best staff talk to you in a way it feels like you’re visiting an old friend. Anyone I recommend them to never goes anywhere else after unless a favorite flavor in a favorite model is out of stock.

Been coming here for my vapes ever since March, I always buy two packs which comes to about $50 either once a month or sometimes twice even, I've had to switch vape stores a few times due to quality in vapes but found to like this place because of the selection and the ability to pick out my own flavors, I havent had an issue here until recently. I will normally visit when I'm down to my last vape and it's ready to taste yucky, I prefer the raz brand currently and have tried a majority of their flavors that the store has available, not once have i had a complaint about any of them. To be fair I can blame myself for not picking a "safe flavor" but from the positive experience from the brand i didnt think twice, I was even excited for it. Long story short, the vape tasted old? It's not like I just "didnt like the flavor" and changed my mind, the vape genuinely didnt taste anything like the flavor and stunk my room up with a disgusting smell. I'm not new to flavored vapes at all and I understand some malfunction and may come out with a wonky flavor, i've never had an issue bringing a vape back for auto hitting or simply a flavor that taste like rotten garbage instead of blueberries so I thought i'd give it a try here. I was turned away with anything I said, not offered anything, I would have been happier spending more money on a vape even if it was just half the price. i mean i practically donated $25 to them, I understand its not their fault for faulty vapes but its definitely not mine either, I cannot be ripping open my vapes that I'm supposed to be stretching for a month and hitting them in store to show if theyre bad or not. The package itself literally says discard after 2 weeks, not sure if thats just a suggestion but $50 I'm not willing to risk and clearly the owners think their customers are made of money. Disappointed to say the least but there are probably 100+ different vape stores in Connecticut that I can take my business too, probably with more understanding employees as well. Also, the vapes that youre putting out for strangers to "sample" is quite gross.

They have a lot of kist but could use a bit more of independent parts like glass tanks and few other parts for vaping otherwise they have almost everything u need for vaping
