Honestly, I have been a loyal customer here for years. Recently their main guy moved on to other employment opportunities (Congratulations to him!) and since then, I have only experienced the for lack of better word, aloof, young lady at the counter. Both times I have gone she has made clerical errors at the register, the first of which I did not notice and ended up giving me a deeper discount then the one offered naturally. During my visit today, she essentially guilt tripped me into paying that difference back, saying that they took it out of her pay, and that she needed that money back to do the transaction. No reciept information provided. This was supposedly her error and seems sketchy to be asking for “pay back” on again HER ERROR! This employee has lost my business, I wish you all the luck, but I will not be returning.

Terrible experience. The store clearly shows 8 PM closing time on Google, but when I arrived at 7 PM it was already closed. This is extremely unprofessional and shows no respect for customers’ time. If you can’t stay open during your posted hours, at least update your information instead of misleading people. Very disappointing and unreliable. Would not recommend.

When I went in for the first time ever this morning, I got a five-minute lecture for not saying “May I” when asking for a product—even though I asked politely. According to the owner, “99% of customers that come in use improper grammar,” and not saying “May I” apparently “makes the owner think I want a job.” 🤣 For the record, I already have an excellent job, thanks for asking. My advice? Take your business elsewhere.
