Hampden Smoke Shop

This business has wonderful staff! Back in late September, I came here to get a new bowl and I had trouble picking one out because there were so many to choose from. I ended up walking out with 3 bowls for a great price. I always have a fantastic experience shopping here and I'm always impressed with the selection. Shout out to Nick for helping me rule out some of the options and for helping me decide on my final picks. He was very patient, friendly, and gave great feedback that helped me reach a decision on my purchase.

Can't say enough about the men in this shop. Always go above and beyond. True gentleman through and through.

Purchased an item through their website in OCTOBER 2022 (Called before hand to ask if it was available, they said yes that it would arrive the next week). Product never arrived and when I called over the next couple of weeks; they reassured me the item would arrive the "next week". This happened multiple times before I decided to ask for a refund. Called to ask for a refund and for the next 3-4 calls I was directed to a Fred that was in charge of refunds. Its been months... I got a hold of Fred and he reassured me he would do the refund. Money was never returned. Really disappointed as the clerks seemed genuine but honestly Its been practically a scam for me.

Do not order from them. I ordered an item weeks ago and I never received it. I told them to cancel it because I never received it. They stated that they canceled it even sent me an email saying that my order has been canceled although I have yet to receive a refund. It has been more than 10 business days AND STILL NO REFUND!!! I do believe that the email is fake as it pops up as a spam email. I WANT MY MONEY!

Complete ripoff. I called on the phone and I was told I was going to get a deal and showed up and did not get the deal. I found the same peice online and,was told he would price match if I came in and showed him the similar price. We eventually settled on his terms and the peice broke immediately. Horrible service and very rude.
