Love this smoke shop! They’ve got literally everything you need and then some. The cigar room is awesome—tons of options and such a cool vibe. The Owner and his family are always super nice and helpful, which makes it easy to find what you’re looking for. Definitely my go-to spot!

So , for Christmas I wanted to grab a few decent cigars for someone. The shop owner assisted me so earnestly, it was a breath of fresh air . He asked my target spending point and we found a great selection of 15-20 $ cigars and was super helpful. I also got pipe tobacco for myself , amazing selection!!

The family who owns this business are lovely. I've had positive interactions with the father, daughter, and most of all with the son Daniel. They have a great selection and prices. They are the only store for miles that carries the rare cigarettes that I smoke. I have, quite literally, never had a bad experience at this establishment.

Nice walk-in humidor and very knowledgeable about their cigar supply. A little more expensive, but they provide high quality service. Edit: This review was made before the new management. I don't know how much of it is still applicable. Also, why are you taking credit for positive reviews that were made before you guys bought the place and fired my friend?

Definitely do NOT recommend if you’re buying tobacco. Bought the most stale bag of tobacco from there last week. It was CRUNCHY! When I tried to return it, I was told they don’t take returns for it. Told her it was NO good! Asked her to grab another bag from the rack and it was also stale. Told her that tabacco should not be crunchy. She said she didn’t know much about the product and they did not sell much of that (so it’s probably been there since they opened). I guess you don’t need to know about your products when you’re a family owned business. Apparently she knows NOTHING about customer service as well. So my take away from this is, knows nothing about their products and don’t care and have zero customer service skills. One star is one too many. Have a nice day
