I love this place the people are awesome I drive 30 minutes to go there because they carry the Vapes that I like that I can't get anywhere else and They are really cool people. They went out of their way to get a vape flavor for me that I really wanted too

Went in and told the guy it was our first time buying a hookah. He showed us what he had and when we picked a medium size one that was around $50. When he handed it to us he was like “it’s plastic you know.” Almost trying to sway us to not buy it? He didn’t give us any tips about what other supplies we would need, or how to set it up. The bowl was plastic too and did come with a metal chamber, but eventually the metal chamber inside the bowl caused the plastic to melt and it is now unusable. He also sold us “shisha”, and it turned out to be tobacco free. I feel he should’ve said this to us. The entire experience was so rushed I didn’t even check it which is on me, but it was just an overall negative experience. We went to dragon vape instead once it melted and they were AWESOME, and it just made this trip to Gary’s seem even worse comparably. If you are new to hookah, or even if you’re experienced and looking for something new, definitely go elsewhere. Gary seems like he’s only concerned with getting your money and sending you out the door instead of giving you a small business experience or making you feel welcome/appreciated as a customer.

Spent 20 dollars on a product that never worked and was never used. brought it back the same day with the receipt and was denied a refund or replacement. The owner was extremely rude and was perfectly happy to lose a customer. I will no longer buy anything there.

Bought a electric pen...realized didn't work ...went to exchange for working pen ...No refund No Exchange.. Poor merchandise and customer service....was on phone with her master husband both days while conducting business... Do not go there if looking for regular service... Rather take your money with no consequences... Bad Poor Customer Service....
