This place has everything literally everything 🙌 good quality, good name brands, everything in box and most importantly, it's clean and comfortable 👌 they're open until eleven o'clock which is a big plus especially for people that work late and are on the road like me not too many places you can go and get your brand to vape. For fun filled accessories for extracurricular activities or things to use for your medication. No, but on a more serious note, I love this place. Alex has the best customer service ever. His smile lights up the shop! He is so kind and asks questions about your preferences to make sure that you’re getting exactly what you want. He is the reason I will only shop at Kingdom Vapes!! There’s so many vape stores out there in the product is the same across all of them, but his personality is the best asset of this company. He educates you on different products and knows the details but also knows how to tailor his professionalism for each different customer and assist many clients at once-multitasking is definitely a strong suit if his!

Best guys around they are like family at this point. You want they get it. You will find the vapes no one sells here for great prices. You’ll find all the glass products are well organized clean and easy to use. Whether you’re in town just visiting or you live in town I’d say stop by this shop at least once look around , you’ll find something you love.

This place never has a consistent stock of juices and they change their prices for everything depending on how their feeling that day, I'm guessing, or the employees don't actually know how to use the POS machine so they just choose any random button. We would come in to get a pack of coils and a juice and one day it would be $32, another day it would be $38, for the exact same products. And they would flip flop back and forth like that. You're not allowed to return opened coils, even if they're not used, even though you can at literally every other vape shop in town. This place made it so much easier for me and my fiance to finally give up vaping for good! So done with this place. Even if we were to start vaping again, we would never come back here ever again. Since I can't respond to their response: no it's not common for vape shops to change prices without notifying their customers. I used to work at a vape shop and that's not normal. It's also common for vape shops to take coils back, this place is literally the only one that wouldn't take it back. We've done it before at all the other vape shops we've gone to in CT, and they've never given us any flack about it. This place is not only inconsistent with prices and inventory, but now highly unprofessional and lying straight to people's faces. Wow!

**ATTENTION** don’t go here. Young boy working behind the counter. His friend was standing around and didn’t like how I walked into the place apparently, so started an argument and insulted me. Was very rude. I felt threatened as THEY followed me out into the parking lot and watch me pull off while he lit a cigarette then pulled out his phone like he was going to take a video or photo. Beware ladies.. bring your mace.
