Very friendly and polite people work here and they have the cheapest prices I can find on the cigarettes that I buy. I highly recommend going there.

Great little store. Friendly staff, very helpful. They started carrying a decent assortment of kratom advanced akaloids for okay pricing compared to online prices; my go to retail store for these. Of course they have tobacco needs, papers, cones, small assortment of pieces.

My Vape apparatus gave out at exactly 8:45 pm. Premium Smoke was the only Vape shop open till 9 pm. So, I gave them a call, drove right up there, and got a good deal on a new SMOK device! Worked out perfectly! He even stayed open till I was completely satisfied. Thanks again!

My experience with their cigars has been very disappointing.. I've come in to find the humidor door wide open and the attending clerk unaware more than once and foolishly continued to buy cigars there as they have a brand I can't find at other local shops. They have refunded unopened items I returned but the most recent purchase was my worst experience with dry, cracked and less than pleasurable cigars. My most recent purchase, I placed in a humidor for a few days before attempting to smoke.. when I had removed it and cut the end off, the end of the cigar unravelled. This clearly indicates that there is either a problem with their humidor or the overall quality of their cigars. I returned to the store to see if I could get a refund or an exchange and the clerk had me speak to the owner on the phone.. he refused either and indicated that I should be checking the quality of the cigar before leaving the store which is a preposterous suggestion.. the cigars are wrapped in cellophane and there's very little you could do to check the quality of the cigar before purchasing it. I recommend staying clear of this place as far as cigar purchases are concerned. The owner did give me a full refund on the unopened cigars in the past but then refused to give me satisfaction afterwards.

•Counterfeit VAPES • being sold with fake upc stickers on box, when scanned bar code reads: X ERROR The Security Code does Not exist on Arias website. I will be filing a complaint w/ FTC & consumer protection agency! Buy 2 for 20 both tasted like nail polish remover or something similar. When I asked for my refund within 24 hrs I was told by the owner, which the employee informed me was the owner, to contact police or the owner…. Not a quality place. Also- selling Illegal Flavored Geek Bars had boxes on the floor and display! Guess these guys don’t need to follow the law .
