I love this store. The staff is great, they treat you like they've known you their whole life and the prices are reasonable. They could use a new parking lot, lots of cracks and holes. Let's get them more business. 😆

Great prices, great service, cheap; giving 4 out of 5 stars instead of 5 out of 5 because customers frequently block access to half the parking lot instead of parking in a parking space, regardless if spaces are available. They will then, aware that you would like to leave, sit in their vehicle, and do whatever, while you continue waiting to leave after they return to their vehicle. Management will say nothing to them about it either. Otherwise, the customer service is great and so is the product selection, and you have to love the prices.

I had a good experience at the Smoke Land Outlet. However, there is one major issue that I had when I was pumping gas and that was that the gas pumps are all broken and you have to literally hold the gas pump in and squeeze the nozzle the entire time that you are pimping your gas. I really do hope that they get this problem fixed.

I bought 2 different vapes and the cashier let me test them before leaving the store. But when I got a few miles up the highway, the KangaVape stopped working. I tried charging it but it's not helping. It's a lemon, just like a car that runs great for a few miles once you leave the dealership then everything stops working. The vape was $15. Seems cheaper is not better and often times isn't what you think you're buying at all.
