Andy is the best! He is so nice, always has a smile on his face, and remembers my purchase. I am a loyal Smoke Island customer, and not just because they have a rewards program, but that’s a major bonus.

I love Smoke Island! I frequent this location for it is near my job and it’s so convenient. They are always stocked with everything I need and any questions I may have are answered promptly and respectfully. Which leads into my next point which is the customer service is outstanding. Each time I walk in I am greeted with a “Welcome” and that for me is a good enough recipe for me to continue to shop with you all! Thank you Smoke Island on Wisconsin Ave! You guys rock!

Be aware purchase prerolls or anything with caution. Bring a scale with you even for 3.5 that may be short. Other Dispensaries have great quality for a better price you never have to question. If you look in the jar alot of loose weed indicates a lot of prerolls are short.The weed is fake, it seems to heavily sprayed which why only certain crowds like it. Update idk why folks still shop there but plz be careful someone I know OD on they fake products

Larry is right this smoke shop will get over on you if you don’t pay attention I went back for the same thing 2 days later the first day I guess he thought I was paying attention because I was rushing he act like he forgot to give me my change and so I said my change please and than gave me my change than the second time he tried to charge me a different price I said I was just here 2 days ago and it was not that much he got smart and said well that’s my price and was rude and all that was not called for. That’s why I stick with going to flowerz because they are nice they have deals and they help you and are respectful so watch out for the dark skin guy with dreads if you ever go there he will get over on you.

Employee there working 7/27/25 around 4:15 PM has an attitude issue. Decided to leave without having to confront him about it. Didn’t seem like he cared either. Been going there for three years now & won’t be returning unfortunately.
