Now I like this smoke shop cause it close and convenient at times but this particular time I felt as I got ripped off.. I told the lady that was working today dec 31 that I don’t like next or any of the vape that have the juices on the side showing the don’t pull rite.. so being that they didn’t have my flavor in geek bar which is my favorite but had it the geek bar pulse but she referred the FOGGER WHICH IVE NEVER TRIED BEFORE BECAUSE I THINK THE JUST LIKE NEXA BUT SHE TOLD THAT THEY WHERE NOT AND THAT THEY WHERE GOOD AND THEY HAD MY FLAVOR… So I said ok I’ll try it since the juices are not showing.. So I purchased it and then open it and BEFORE I SEEN THAT THE JUICES SHOW SHE SEEN AS IF SHE ALREADY KNEW AND JUST WANTED A SELL :/ I IMMEDIATELY TOLD HER NO GIVE ME THE GEEK BAR PULSE WHICH MORE EXPENSIVE AND THAT I WOULD PAY THE DIFFERENCE SHE THEN STATED WE DONT DO THAT :/ NOW IVE WORKED CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL MY LIFE AND BEEN TO A FEW SMOKE SHOPE ALL AROUND FLORIDA AND NEVER HAVE I BEEN REFERRED SOMETHING I DIDN'T LIKE AND CLEARLY STATED I DINT NOT WANT FROM THE BEGINNING BUT WAS TOLD ACTUALLY GuaranteedTHAT THE WASN’T LIKE THAT BY THE SELLER AND THEN REFUSED THE EXCHANGE ON A VAPE I NEVER EVEN PUT MY MOUTH ON I JUST OPENED IT.. AND THE FACT THAT SHE STATED SHE LIKE IT SHE SHOULD’VE KEPT IT FOR HER SELF AND SOLD ME WHAT I ACTUALLY WANTED INSTEAD OF SOMETHING THAT PROBABLY NOT SELLING AT IM A REAL VAPER AND I EVEN HAVE CREDIT IN THERE I SHOULD GOTTEN BETTER SERVICE THAN THAT!!! NOW STUCK WITH A VAPE THAT BARELY PULLING AS I KNEW IT WOULD BE!!! :/
