I called the smoke shop & spoke with Julian to explain that I'm a first time customer & the situation of me buying 2 vapes & one not working (not turning on at all). He advises he really can't contact the owner & that I have to find him on Instagram under "goodlife_boca" & that he will try to send a message for an exchange or refund but that it's not a guaranteed he'll get a response (not how you do business). He advised that it's store policy not to exchange. The Instagram page provided has not posted since May & I have not received a DM back from owner. I purchased 2 Raz vapes 29000 model from your store and when I purchased them the gentlemen over the counter asked me which one I'm smoking first and opened it for me and gave me the other box of Raz vape unopened and quickly sent me on my way out the door. Well the other Raz vape I opened is defective. As stated the device does not power on at all & I'd like an exchange or refund. No one explained to me your policy that when I purchased it I would have to test it right then & there or I would have done so! Great price for the first vape but I would not want to waist my $ on defective vapes that don't power at all out of the box, and from the review below mine from another customer this seems to happen quite often from this shop. No Bueno!
