Smokey's Vape and Smoke Shop

I found this place looking for A specific brand of nicotine pouches, the website of the company listed Smokey’s as one of (the only) vape stores that sold it. The staff there is extremely helpful and kind and we’re very knowledgeable about everything in the store. I didn’t even know this place was here and I’m glad I found it considering how close it is for me than other stores. The variety of product that they carry is incredible. Twin and Sammy both help me with my purchase today and I will definitely be going back and recommending this specific store to other people!

If I could this place 0 stars I would. I purchased a product that didn’t work. The owner would not replace a faulty product. I will never buy anything from them again. The first thing is that you don’t stand by a product that you sold. I have been a long time customer and I stood by them even the product I buy almost doubled in price. I will take my money where it’s valued. If you need a refund or replacement this is not a place that will honor there items. Sincerely disappointed in a business that does this. I work to hard for my money to let someone dictate the value of it.

I went in cause I thought the shop looked sick. As I was taking photos they thought I wanted to steal their business (I don’t) but I have to respect those employees for caring so much about their job. Overall shop looks very nice, employees are nice too but they overreacted to me taking photos. Wish yall the best.

Had a wonderful experience! Stopped in on Thanksgiving day(we are visiting from out of town)for giggles and was absolutely stunned when I walked in the door! First the place is BEAUTIFUL!!! STUNNING!! The customer service absolutely amazing the guys here really know what you want and help you out to the fullest! Had a great experience here and will definitely be coming back and buying online when the offer it!
