I was looking for a specific vape and decided to call this shop before driving over. I asked about the price of the Razz vape, since I don’t like wasting time driving all around town just to compare prices. The associate told me that the owner does not allow them to give prices over the phone. I found that very unhelpful and a bit frustrating. Most vape shops are willing to provide basic price information so customers can make an informed decision before coming in. Unfortunately, this policy makes it inconvenient and discourages me from wanting to shop here
