It’s unfortunate when I have to rate any establishment with a 1 star Review, but certain circumstances make it necessary. I visited The Honey Pot Smoke Shop on December 11th at about 8:30pm. I interacted with an employee by the name of Warren (that’s the name he gave me). I purchased a variety of small plastic bags (baggies), with each set full. As I went to pay, Warren took the merchandise out of sight and behind the register display and has me check out with his female co-worker. After I paid, Warren handed me the three sets of baggies, only for me to find that there were much less inside. I confronted him about the fact that all of the product that I paid for was not given to me and to my dismay, he playfully acted as if nothing had happened and tried to gaslight me over the very obvious theft that had occurred. Next time, please be honest and forthright with your customers and don’t try and pull a fast one. Thanks.

Honey Pot is one of the best smoke shops in Broward (and there are so so so many) but Warren is definitely one of the best employees Ive ever seen in any smoke shop ever. Fantastic customer service, very helpful and super friendly. I recommend coming here for all of your recreational needs.
