I went here years ago and loved the bong selection. Looks like they've still got it and I can't wait to go back when I visit Daytona. Shame on people for complaining about their crappy vapes. All vapes are garbage. Buy a bong lol. And maybe have money in the bank or a card that works 😝Some of these reviews kill me

Stopped in as this has been by go to shop when I’m in Daytona. Wish I would’ve swung through in the evening to see the Halloween decorations a bit better but Hayley and Hope were there to help us out with everything. Shop looked great and as usual they had something new to checkout with all their Halloween decorations.

Ask for Desiree!! She is a wealth of knowledge and so incredibly helpful! I wasn’t sure what I needed but she was able to immediately navigate me to exactly I needed. We don’t live in the area but if we are ever back I will be back to see Desiree!

So I usually go to the location on Nova, but sadly they were closed once I got off of work October 3rd or 4, 2025. Once I asked for the vape I wanted, they took my card and used the chip. Took the money out of my account. Told me I was declined and kept retrying the card. Took my card information. Told me the machine didn’t take the money and it was on hold for 24-48 hours and I’d get my money back. Well I didn’t. I have filed a dispute, brought the dispute letter up there. They took a picture of it to send to their manager. They said it would be a day for him/her to look up the records and they would call me back for the outcome to get the vape. On the dispute I have 7 days to get back to them on if it’s resolved and with more information on what happened, what I didn’t receive, the dates of trying to reach out to get a resolve. It’s now October 27, 2025. I’ve called up there yesterday with no new information. Left my name and number again. Went up there again today the guy was in there was no help. He brushed it off. I asked if I could speak to a manager who he said would be there hopefully today. I couldn’t directly speak to the manager. They refuse to give me my money back or the vape that I payed for and never received. Still trying to hear back from them. This place is a joke. DO NOT COME HERE. The night it happened the guy tried telling me it was the new wifi and that he didn’t know if he should charge me more money and then give me a vape or what to do and he couldn’t give me a vape because it “wasn’t showing up in their system” but it’s charged my card and now I’m fighting for the money back. Then my partner left a review that next day to be told back on the review that the bank placed it on a hold, contact them. Which was a lie. Once they batched the system out for the night, it was no longer pending on my card and was completely charged. I also showed the guy working that night that it charged my card but he said he couldn’t do anything about it.

Tried to get a vape and they said the payment was declined, but it took the money and we were unable to try again. They didn’t offer a refund he basically said good luck and now we have to dispute it through the bank. Don’t go here unless you have cash they’ll just blame their WiFi for why they robbed you. EDIT: the company replied saying it was a bank hold, but we called the bank the morning after and they said we would have to dispute it because it went through. We will get our money back regardless.
