Liquid Smoke

Edit: This shop is a great place to come, staff is very knowledgeable and they are one of the few that are open everyday with a considerably long set of hours. I’ve changed my review from 1 to 5 star rating due to their concern and willingness to talk with me and make it right. I will continue to purchase my vaping products at Liquid Smoke in DeLand. Original review: Staff is unaware and unwilling. I was walking up to this vape shop at 5:58 on New Years Day, as i almost got the to door, an employee looked directly at me and proceeded to lock the door and shuts the lights off. All I wanted was a bottle of juice and that’s it, obviously another customer before 6:00 isn’t worth their time. 1/5 stars due to their google hours specifically showing them being open to 11pm in New Year’s Day and also the audacity to lock the door in a customers face.

Went in today and spoke to the owner and what a pleasant conversation and visit . He explained so many things I didn’t know about my vape and vape in it’s self ! Way to go on educating your clients .Much appreciated and I will be back to try the Blue Raspberry pop rock juice :)

I had no idea what type of vape I wanted to buy and knew nothing about vapes and the people who work here helped me buy my first vape to start off. They really know what they’re talking about and really care about their customers. Best owners and best environment. They only have the best products here. I wouldn’t buy my vape essentials anywhere else.

I have come here for several vapes as I have become less of a novice. They were my first intro to vaping. They took the time to educate me both on the type and flavors. I am no longer a novice and I still love coming here for my needs. I have upgraded several times, and they have always taken the time to show me what they have and help me find the one right for me. They don't rush me, nor get frustrated if I have what others might think of as stupid questions. I needed good flavor, good vape, and something uncomplicated, Are they the less expensive? Maybe not, but they took the time and did the research so I didn't have to. I have gone to other shops (3) and came home with flavors that ended in the trash because flavor didn't live up to expectations. I have never had that problem with Liquid Smoke! Love this place, drive the extra miles to get there- never disappointed!

Worse customer service I've ever experienced. Come to find out the unit I bought is $8 cheaper somewhere else and I could've gotten $8 worth of juice for free as well. The Vape juice I was sold was guaranteed that is great and smooth... It was harsh and I cannot use it at all. Plus, now a few weeks later my Vape will not turn on and they can't produce a receipt for a credit card purchase... Most horrible customer service ever!!!
