I purchased 2 vape from this store a couple of days ago, and unfortunately, one didn’t work right out of the box. I went back expecting a simple exchange, but instead of standing behind their products, they refused to honor it. This shows me they don’t value their customers or take accountability for what they sell. Buying here is like a gamble…..if something doesn’t work, you’re on your own. There are plenty of other shops out there that actually respect their customers and stand behind their products. I won’t be coming back for sure, and I’d advise others to think twice before spending their money.

For starters they sold me a vape that was expired. There was not flavor at all. What concerns me is they didn't have any knowledge of vapes can expire. They sold me a vape that was manufactured on 2023. When vapes should sell within the 2 years of manufactured if it doesn't show expired date. A waste of my time and money. What it worries me is that vapes can be very harmful after expired. They should know it. I couldn't returned it because I was visiting and I was leaving soon. My recommendation is to check always the expiration date or when it was manufactured. I will never buy anything from this store.

I wanted to reach out as a vendor of several brands that this shop hosts and someone who genuinely wants to see your shop succeed. I visited recently and had an experience that I think you’d want to be aware of. The blonde employee working that day (with AirPods in) didn’t seem knowledgeable about the products—especially mine—and honestly gave off a pretty dismissive vibe. As someone invested in your store’s success, I’m concerned that customers might walk away feeling uncomfortable or undervalued, which could hurt the overall perception of the shop. If she’s representing all the brands in-store, it might be worth reconsidering how your staff is trained—or even who’s front-facing—because that experience didn’t reflect the quality of what you’re selling. I’m saying this purely out of respect and a desire to help. You’ve built something great, and it’d be a shame to have the wrong person at the front undo that.
