I had a great experience at Best Smoke 2 thanks to Melissa. From the moment I walked in, I was met with a warm smile, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to answer all my questions, made great product recommendations, and never rushed me. You can tell she really knows her stuff and care about making sure customers leave satisfied. Best place ever!! I have come here for a while but it has really been on its best lately!! The atmosphere and cleanliness has been a dream. Stopped by today just to ask a couple questions as I'm a little new to all this. Spoke with Melissa who seemed very helpful and knowledgeable regarding any questions I had. There were a few things I asked she seemed unsure about but said she would get the information for which I said don't worry about it. Overall friendly inviting atmosphere would definitely recommend checking it out.

Wowsers where to start. I needed an emergency volcano vape bag one day. I called and asked if any of those owners stores had one. Knowing they are 9.99 from volcano online directly and Amazon brand is 2/17.99 I figured it couldn't be much more for a volcano bag. I walked in the store to be told it'll be 104.99. I was absolutely blown away. Nothing but a money hungry store. Plenty of smoke shops in the area. That's just sad. The owner replied and said they have the best prices around. Except when I bought a replacement black pufco glass top piece and it was over 30$ more than pufco. Not for nothing, you would think you sell the volcano bags individually for easy quick mark up. Plus if you knew your product at all in any capacity you would know each bag is rated for 1400 uses. Who would ever need more than 3 bags in their lifetime....?? Some prices are good here others are astronomical. If you call and ask for something be very clear and concise because English isn't so good with the owner 🙂
