Yaya's Smoke Shop

I don’t smoke, but I absolutely love coming to Yaya’s Smoke Shop for their incense and smell-good items! The scents are amazing and make my home feel so cozy. What really makes this place special is that it’s family-owned the family is so sweet, welcoming, and always makes you feel at home. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Highly recommend stopping by whether you’re into smoke products or just love good vibes and great incense.

Stopped by not really knowing what I needed since I was sent to pick something up for someone else. I had little knowledge about the products, but Suzy was incredibly helpful and patient with me. She took the time to explain everything, made me feel comfortable, and helped me leave with exactly what I needed. It’s rare to find that level of kindness and customer care these days. Suzy made the whole experience so easy I couldn’t have done it without her! ✨

I love this place everyone is so friendly. Unfortunately they don't honor the loyalty program. I've been going to this location for over 2 years now and haven't been given a discount one time! Now price has gone up and I've been told the past 4 times, "we'll give it to you next time!" that's where they get you. The points expire and they will tell you next time. Then next time they say they expired. This was the 4th time I've had 11 points (10 required) and I'm told "next time" I'm not someone who makes a big deal out of this stuff however after years of loyalty and a sign saying 10 points $10 and never actually giving you a discount it feels disrespectful /bad business. I really would like to see them honor their loyalty program or get rid of it along with the signs because it's just not true and insulting.

I bought a vape opened it in store in front of them it was defective, so naturally I asked for a replacement. The young lady refused to honor the replacement for my just bought in store vape. Absolutely displeased with the service here. And the young lady did not know much about the product. Very vague and rude. Will not be coming back here.
