Did not EVEN know until recently that"HIGHER UP SMOKE SHOP", CONVENIENTLY LOCATED IN THE SHERWIN WILLIAMS PAINT, NORTH END OF PLAZA, THIS VERY CLEAN, LOW PRICES WITH THE VARIETY, SELECTION OF ANY MODERATELY LARGE STORES... ALL PRODUCTS ARE LEGAL AND THEY FOLLOW STRICT GUIDELINES BUT KNOW YOU'RE GETTING QUALITY WITH LOW COSTS!!! MOM AND POPS ARE HOPEFULLY COMING BACK TO OFFER THE EMPATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE THATBIG CORPORATE QUANTITY WITH SO MUCH BS WHEN YOU ARE NOT GETTING WHAT YOU WANT AND TODAY IMMEDIATELY!!!

This Man’s Store is amazing he is very friendly, kind, an informative about what he know and doesn’t bullshit you for money! Definitely found my new store, 100/10 service and satisfaction can have my business and duckets any day!!💯👌

Staff are so helpful here, I won’t be going to another shop. I was here before and spoke with a gentleman named Tom he made great suggestions but I chose a different flavor and was disappointed. Came back today and he wasn’t working but the owner was nice enough to call him and ask him for me! 10/10 customer service highly recommended.

I am a new here to Polk county and Lakeland. upon my arrival , one of the first things I did was try to find a good local smoke shop and it was a lot harder than I initially thought it would be….. That’s until one day I walked into the higher Up store and was greeted by Keira! As I explained to her my frustrations/Yeah, I asked the same thing. She just explained it to issues as far as selection and pricing at the other stores I had visited in the area, she started making recommendations and upon her making recommendations I started to have more questions. Not only was she Knowledgeable. She was extremely kind and patient with me being overwhelmed and not knowing what to do with so many options at such a good price point. I have been an electrician for over 18 years. I have my own business that I have ran for over eight years. my point is my business wouldn’t be where it is at without amazing customer service, so it is the first thing I’m looking for even sometimes before a product when I go any place to spend my money. Kiera definitely blew me away with her customer service, as well as her knowledge and her patience with somebody as confused as me!!! The store specifically that she works at Is the Lakeland location!!! I’ve just have recently found out that there are multiple higher up locations all over our Central Florida. If you are ever anywhere and see one of the stores and wanna be treated like family and have a huge selection with competitive affordable pricing definitely stop in and give them a chance. Trust me you won’t regret it!!! and once again thank you To the amazing employee Kiera at the Lakeland location!!!!!!!!!! Your hard work and kindness deserves to be recognized!!!!

Higher Up Smoke Shop is 10 steps above all the crappy smoke shops I've visited over the years, which pop up, only to disappear in 3 months because they were sub-par & overpriced... 1st, I want to give a shout-out to Tom, who I just had a great conversation with. He was very knowledgeable about every item I brought up, and he answered all my questions to my full satisfaction. I liked that he was present and helped me when I asked but didn't try to push me to buy anything. 2) Higher Up is stocked to the max with glassware, gummies, trays, vapes, black & and milds, and so much more. The store is very open and always clean. Their prices are very competitive compared to other smoke shops in the area. 3) Also, if they don't have an item you want, just ask, and they will order exactly what you want and keep it in stock! The owners are great people passionate about satisfying their customers' wants & needs. Finally, they have a legit free rewards program and are open long hours, starting at 8:00 am every day & closing at 2:00 am every day except Sunday, when they close at midnight. I love this smoke shop. I've visited it 4 times in the past month. Support this quality business with me! Thanks again, Tom - Life truly is better, "Higher Up!" 😄
