If I could give zero stars, I would. The staff here were incredibly rude, impatient, and dismissive from the moment I walked in. Instead of being welcoming, they acted judgmental and rushed, as if customers are an inconvenience. On top of that, their prices are far higher than what you’ll find at other smoke shops in the area. A business survives on customer service and fair pricing — unfortunately, this place fails at both. I left feeling disrespected and taken advantage of. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration, and shop somewhere that actually values its customers.

Been going to the store now for a little bit and buying some novo 2 x pods and I never had a problem. Every time I go for them they have them whether it's those or the clear ones. But lately now for the past 2 months or maybe a little more the price is different. Like one time I pay $21 the next time I paid $20 because I had a $5 discount. The third time it was 25 something like that then the last time the girl wanted to charge me 27 or almost 28 without the tax that is. And thank God I had all my receipts with me and I'm like what's going on here. I figured if I buy the pack of three it should be cheaper but no they're selling them to me like The individual price. They're already expensive enough as it is, which is about 8.99 just for one. So I think that's it for me. I'm just going to have to shop somewhere else which is okay because I am not far from none of these places.
