The shop is… okay. The staff are polite enough, but they’re not particularly engaging or helpful if you’re new to cigars. Selection is decent, but it’s not anything special compared to other local shops. The atmosphere feels a bit cold and impersonal, so it doesn’t really invite lingering or browsing. Not bad, but not memorable either fine for a quick stop, but I wouldn’t go out of my way.

I absolutely love this place, great selections great prices and excellent old fashioned customer service. This is one of my favorite hangout spots. The staff knows my name and always have friendly patrons that always welcome you like an old friend. And absolute gem of downtown Lakeland.

The old school Cuban Cigar shop feeling at its best. Great service warm and inviting. Once you try this place out you become a regular. If your cool enough you become family. The cigar aficionados that frequent this beautiful shop are all interesting, fun, and cool people. Luis and his family are incredibly warm and so attentive. You get nothing but 5 stars service. From great commercial known brands cigars, to my favorite LTC Mad Scientists variation of premium cigars. My personal favorite the After Shock and the 7x60 Cubano Habano. The store is amazing and the front smoking porch confortable and clean. Tremendous family like environment. I would give them 6 or 7 stars, but they didn’t pay me enough for this review…Lol. Jokes aside. You Come once, you can’t stay away. You won’t regret it..

Great place for cigars with a nice open air lounge. Great customer service and awesome Cuban coffee.
