Reliable place and the customer service was good! I went to see if they had palo santo; I didn’t see any but to be fair, I didn’t ask either. No worries, I got a sage bundle. Their selection of sage and incense is pretty good for a smoke shop! I also got a disposable vape and the price was alright. Thanks!

I just need to shout out Ms. Helain from Smokey’s . She’s always so helpful and friendly at both Bird Road and Kendall shops. If you haven’t been to the Kendall shop I suggest you check it out, I can spend literally an hour in there checking out all the awesome products. Best smoke shop in 305. I can’t say enough about The girl there she’s the best! Thanks so much !

A super helpful woman assisted me in the store, even with a long line of people waiting. She was able to multitask so admirably! Awesome customer service skills. Her recommendation for a pen was also on point, I'm very happy with my purchase 👍🏼

This place has some pretty cool products. But I bought a CBD cartridge on Monday January 7th older white guy works there. He sold me a CBD cartridge and the battery (which he also sold me) made the cartridge crack. My oil was coming out I tried to tell him that. And he said it was my fault and I must've did something. It wasn't even 3 hours later, I couldn't even return the battery because he didn't even give me a receipt. Never buy anything expensive from this place !!!! It isn't worth it.

It was clean and the black haired women who helped me was awesome, she would make sure that I get the right piece, have everything to maintain it. Their wall has the best line of pieces I've seen in other shops and at a fair price. Thanks for everything!
