Hello, I am a long time, regular customer at Lotus. While I love all of the employees, and will miss some of them as they move on, I have been really impressed with Chad. He’s a decent, hardworking honest guy with a great personality. He will definitely find himself in a leadership position. Their customer service is excellent. They have a wide variety of vapes to suit your needs.

The staff were great. The vapes I looked at were mostly open box. Not sure why these are older models and no current models. I found that out too late, but I’ll continue. The first vape I purchased worked for a little while (1day) and died. Yes, I charged it and checked. Returned, bought a different brand, it worked, but the display was not working. They opened a new one of the same vape… that was broken too. Two upgrades that I paid for. Third brand of pen seems to be working ok….. it’s day 1. I overpaid. My own fault, I should have been more educated. I needed something now, not in a few days. Overall staff was good. Would not buy from again. Not any vape pens. Didn’t look at anything else.

Terrible will rip you off sell you a vape that doesn’t work and not replace it. Five minutes later worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life. maybe if they smoked less of their product, they could run a legitimate business what a joke

Purchased a S tech Cartbox Monday the second. Had the device less than 24 hours and the device battery leaked and destroyed my 60 dollar cart my TShirt and I’m out 25 bucks because the owner wouldn’t even talk to me. Only talked to the one guy. Battery Acid got on my shirt and ruined my 60 dollar shirt, and I’m out a 60 dollar cart, and a 25 dollar device. Told me to contact the manufacturer when the manufacturer does not even have a Website. How do I contact the manufacturer when I can’t even find a Website. 100 percent unless you want to be screwed over. Employees were very friendly no disrespect towards them. Just they work for a selfish boss with no morals. I would have easily been fine with upgrading devices if they gave me a small discount. I would have bought a 90 dollar battery. Instead I was told to spend another 30 dollars on a “Reputable Battery” I was told that the one I purchased was by the employee prior to the trip today. The employees wandered around talking to the manager. The kid mentioned a 5 percent discount. I was fine with that.Came in yesterday and spent 50 dollars and now ended up spending way more because of this faulty product with no way to make it right. 100% if you are in Naples do not go here. Make the Drive to Miami
