Absolutely horrible. I bought triple mesh coils for my stick prince and I brought them back today to see why they weren't working and the guy says that my vape is broken which is false because I just bought my vape a month ago from innevapes and has worked all other coils that go into the stick prince. I asked if I could do a return because obviously he sold me a bad batch of coils and he says there's not return or exchange policy for them. I asked him to show me the policy and he says he doesn't have to put any policies on paper or established anywhere cause he owns the store. A verbal policy is invalid. So I told him he ripped me off for my money and he told me to leave the store. From now on I'm shopping at innevapes because they treat me with respect and are always willing to help me with my problems.

New location. It look nice on the inside, staff was very friendly and helpful. The only draw back i saw was the selection. They do not have everything a vaper needs. I believe this is due to the fact its a new location and they just have not got all the stock they need. I hope they do well. The bad thing for them is they have a lot of competition in this area. There is a total of like 10 other vape stores right around them and some are much larger than they are. In fact there is another vape store just in walking distance right in the plaza across the way by Walmart. Once you have more stock i would like to come back. Good luck!!
