Pumpernickel Pops Smoke Shop & Vape Store

I’m a regular at this store I want to give a shout out to Megan and Kendra they are very kind and down to earth people I will still come back. Keep up the good work.

We have been going to pumpernickel Pops for probably about the last three or four years and the only reason that we go is because what a great rapport we have with Kendra. She’s so knowledgeable. She’s so patient with my adult son with autism Todd.. Because if he knows that we’re gonna go to the smoke shop, he gets so excited that he literally probably would call her three or four times a day.

This place is AMAZING! Everybody who works here is so kind and helpful, but specifically, Kendra is such a joy to see here. She’s so friendly & knowledgeable about the products in the store and gives fantastic recommendations for vape flavors. I will always be a repeat customer ❤️

I’ve been coming here for a few years (I live super close) and they always have my favorite stuff in stock, Kendra is amazing and always gives me the updates on new vapes and what to try. Very knowledgeable and so so kind

Kendra was extremely rude and disrespectful. I asked where the disposable vapes were as. There were only about 20 of them on the wall. And she gave me a dirty look. And said, oh right there with an attitude. I feel like there was no good customer service and that should definitely not be a person running a store like that by herself.
