HQD Smoke Shop is hands down the best in the area! The store is always clean, organized, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Their prices are great and the quality is consistent every time. I have to give a special shout-out to Moe — he’s always friendly, patient, and super helpful. He really knows his products and makes sure you leave satisfied. Customer service like his is rare these days. Highly recommend this place!

Today I experienced one of the most unacceptable and dangerous situations I have ever seen in a store. When I asked the employee, a tall dark-haired man who claimed to be the owner, for his name so I could report an issue, he aggressively grabbed the receipt out of my hands and ordered me to leave the store. His behavior was threatening, and based on the way he acted, I genuinely feared he might be armed. I had no choice but to run out to avoid any risk. No customer should ever feel unsafe or physically threatened in a business. I am taking formal action regarding this incident.

Tony and Sam are AMAZING! Super friendly, incredibly helpful, and they really take the time to understand exactly what you need. I’m telling you—this is officially my store from now on! Plus, their deals are unbeatable!

The front desk kid is phenomenal with his customer service, he really knows how to point you in the right direction. I really appreciate him making my first time here a very pleasant experience . Pat definitely got me right—I highly recommend this vape shop as it has a huge variety selection of everything from vapes and other tobacco products . As well as they’re one of the only smoke shops open conveniently late !
