Puff Miami Smoke Shop

Today I had a malfunction with a vape I purchased before work. I stopped by after work and they replaced the vape for me. This is not their usual policy, but because I’m a regular customer and this has never happened, they replaced it. I love this vape shop. They are very knowledgeable about their products and extremely professional.

Marjorie and The other employees at the store, as well as the owner were extremely gracious to me by providing me a refund I just wanted to say to anyone who might be in the area looking for a good smoke shop please come and try this one out. Excellent place, reasonable prices. Marjorie is awesome and she knows her stuff. I wasn’t too thrilled with the Nexa device, for a 50K puff, it didn’t last for 2 days. Not a good buy for the price. I recommend with sticking to the original brands, Fume, Geek, Raz, and Lost Mary
