A Grrreat Smoke Shop! Fantastic prices and incredible service. Shyanne was far from shy. She really knew the products and was extremely helpful and informative. I really knew I was in the right place when she told me she was speaking from a personal experience! Haha! It's great to find such a friendly and personable person with such good information to share. A lot of time the employees in these shops are just that. Employees. Not-so-shy Anne gave me the impression she was really a part of the business. She was so friendly and she knew so much I thought maybe it was her store. I was surprised to find out she just worked there. Anyway if you want friendly and intelligent service with great prices I highly recommend the xfusion smoke shop

Went in with a friend and saw Shyanne. Not only was she really knowledgeable with everything in the store, she was super friendly. Asked if I needed any help and want I might be on the lookout for. I don't know who needs to hear this but if you go to Xfusion you need to ask for Shyanne. She will help you with any smoke shop needs.

I like the people that work there, but I do not like the fact that when you have a problem with one of their products they will not exchange it, but even when you try it out in the store and tell them that the same one that you brought in with (NO FLAVOR) isn't good either they say they can't change it out due to an issue with the flavor....??! I have to deal with the company directly. 🙄
