Terrible experience try to ask help to find a proper size for my coil the guy that was working there had no idea what the coils were he wasn't trained for it he told me I saw another staff member I was going to talk to her he told me not to talk to her because he said that she was ending her shift and she wasn't going to talk to me so I just walked out how is it that you guys can hire illexperience without being taught properly it's quite baffling really anyways that's all I got to say I will not be coming back not recommended

Careful buying wraps here, as they are selling extremely old ones. Makes me think they found an old box and are trying to sell them. In the past I’ve never had an issue but today they sold me old slap-woods. Besides them being absolutely stale, the packaging is the old packaging that they had several months ago. This is a product I buy weekly so I know the difference. The man working this afternoon, who I’ve never seen before wasn’t nice or helpful. Also, now that I’ve bought the fresh and correct ones, I realized the hiwaze is taxing bc the price is CLEARLY printed as 6.99 but i was charged 8.51. Where is the extra charge coming from. They should only be 7.68. As the picture shows, the ones in the left are the correct ones. $6.99 is printed on the packaging versus on the right and the old package, the price tag of 6.99 is a sticker. What a scam.

I bought a vape for $35…. Smoked for 1 day then it stopped burning. I come back in after researching the brand and finding out they aren’t good. The guy at the counter said he can give me 10% off to buy another. This is not good business. Selling a product you know is known for being faulty and then offering 10% off to spend another $31.50 for the same thing? And apparently the manager never works they just randomly decide when to come in lol.

Erin was amazing! She helped me find exactly what I wanted and she had the best attitude(hard to find). The store was clean, organized, Erin knew exactly where to look for what I asked and was an outstanding store associate! Recommend this location 100% and the crazy part is... ***THEY ARE OPEN 24 HOURS*** Love this place 😎😁🤟
