Incorrect Order and Unsatisfactory Resolution A recent experience with Corona Cigar Co. proved frustrating. An order was placed for Oliva Serie G Cameroon 5-Pack -4,Perdomo Champagne Epicure (6 x 54) - 5, and Oliva Serie O Habano Robusto (5 x 50) box of 20, but the I received a 10 cigar sampler RP cigars. The customer service department stated that the incorrect cigars needed to be returned before the correct order could be shipped. This policy resulted in me being without the ordered cigars for a prolonged period, as the return and new shipment would take time. Additionally, I requested compensation for the inconvenience and delay. This request, including a credit or expedited shipping, was denied. The Corona Cigar Co. policy places the responsibility for their error on the customer, and the lack of a goodwill gesture was discouraging. While errors may occur, a company's customer service response is important. I often patronize the website and a couple of stores in Florida, thus Corona Cigar Co. approach left me feeling undervalued. Hopefully, they will reevaluate their policies regarding incorrect orders and support their customers better in the future.

Been to Orlando 7 years straight never went to the store that I ordered from was awesome, staff was real excellent helping me out with different cigars

Sign on door says open 7 days a week. It was closed at 11:30 am on the saturday i visited (1/6/24). Looks more like a warehouse/Corp office than a retail store.
