To be honest kind of irked me that I walked out of the store with a torch for 2 seconds came back because my significant other didn't want it and they refused to return it yes there was a no refund sign however I would have thought that there would be some level of professional courtesy granted the very minute amount of time I had exited the store I understand company policy is company policy but I would like to believe that certain things can bend slightly it wasn't exactly like we were talking about something that package was open or anything like that it was literally just a lighter. I did kind of like some of the stuff that I seen for this posted for sale which was a plus but I doubt that I will be returning due to the above issues
