If I could give Kare at Lifted Smokeshop a million stars, I would. Seriously. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the second you walk in, Kare’s energy just lights up the whole place. She’s super bright, insanely friendly, and somehow always has us laughing within the first five minutes. It’s not just customer service — it’s a whole experience. She makes you feel like you’re hanging out with a friend who actually knows her stuff and genuinely enjoys being there. And let’s talk about the vibe. When Kare is working, the music selection is undefeated. Every. Single. Time. The playlist is on point and somehow matches the mood perfectly. It turns a quick stop into a whole vibe session. I literally lose track of time in there — I’m pretty sure I’m in trouble at home for how long I spend in the shop 😂 but it’s worth it. The conversations? Top tier. You just never want to leave. It’s rare to find someone who can balance being knowledgeable, helpful, hilarious, and welcoming all at once — but Kare does it effortlessly. Lifted Smokeshop is amazing, but Kare is the reason we keep coming back. She gets ALL the stars and then some. You can immediately tell they genuinely care about what they do and the people they work with. Even though we just met, the experience exceeded my expectations, and I left feeling so happy and confident.

Kare is absolutely incredible! She’s unbelievably knowledgeable about every product in the store and always goes above and beyond to help. I’ve been coming here for three years, and I still drive three hours each time just to see her — that’s how exceptional she is. Her professionalism, kindness, and expertise make every visit worth it!
