Worst customer service ever. I called at 953 stating I was a light away to please not lock me out as they close at 10 and like to lock their doors before that. I pull in at 958 run up it's 958 and no one had walked near the door in recent preceding minutes so the way I was met with silence when I called and the way they stared at me and pointed at his watch that even said 958 then changed to 959 while he had it up to the window for me to see, all the while smiling chewing on one of the same pens they give you to sign for credit purchases, pretty much laughing at me. Had another maybe employee standing farther back that was cracking up about it. I don't think the owners would be amused by business being turned away and their doors locked before actual closing. I was getting a regular vape that was right behind where he was standing I would have been processed by 10 no problem if at 958 the door had been open. I honestly think when I called they ran and Locked the door to be funny. This location in particular but this business as a whole has gone downhill in recent years as employees have been cycled through and none of the new ones have one ounce of common courtesy, respect, or any sort of decent customer service skills. Attention owner, the employees currently working under your business name are running your business into the ground. I cannot tell you the countless number of people I know that used to visit your established that will not anymore and now I am one of them. Oh I want to add that when I called at 9:53, I said all I need is a strawberry ice vape the elf bar kind, have exact change in cash, and I will be there right before 10:00 please do not lock the doors on me. There is no reason he couldn't have had it already rung up for that matter if he cared about the customer. It was an opportunity for them to get some live entertainment about the customer in the rain that thought that they were going to help them.

After witnessing how a Jewish customer was treated by the Manager (bald older man around his mid 40s I think). I’ve had to go elsewhere. Reading through the reviews I can see that this person treats many customers like this. I’m not sure how you expect to keep good business at this rate. You’ll end up with more negative reviews over time. I no longer recommend this location and personally know a few others that have stopped coming here because of him.

That bald dude ain't worth dirt! He thinks he owns the store when he is just a manager. He is only nice to women and is rude as hell. He has a super bad attitude and will ruin your day. He is miserable. I swear I've been going there for two years and the guy just gives me a hard time every time. If I browse it's a problem if I know what I want right away it's a problem too. Please get this man some therapy, a class on costumer service. Or just get rid of him.
