What ever happened to good customer service? I purchased butane that none of the supplied tips fit. I went to my cigar shop showed him the issue I was having, he enlighten me that the butane with the metal tips don't work with many touches. I went back to this shop, same issue looking to get a refund and purchase butane with the plastic dispenser top. They didn't have any, no refund offered. Here's the point. I have made many purchases from this location but never again. It was less than $4 to make me a returning customer. My hope is the owner learns/gets the message and the point. This is going to cost much more than the $4 that would have kept me returning!

Check your receipts !!!!!! For the love of your money check the price at the register don’t just listen to what they tell you !!!! Went in got pack of cigs and a glass bowl for 12.99 realized 2 days later after looking over a statement that they charged me 12.54 more than the price should have been !!!!! Called they acted like not a big deal bring in bank statement it will be fixed but when I talked to the owner he tried to tell me it must have been a 20$ bowl it was not I saw the price tag on the item than he wanted me to bring it back so he could see it really no check camera the receipt he first tried to tell me i wasn’t there lol but my bank statement shows the correct store he did eventually give me 12.00 still shorted me and only wanted to give me 7 back again had to argue but why do I even have to argue you literally overcharged me basically robbed me than acted like the victim I had all the proof moral of the story always check them and the prices before you leave What the girl told me is that they reuse their barcodes and this is a common problem that they have so they are aware of it to still act like it’s somehow my fault to much trouble I’ll go anywhere else to the people who do go here beware They know what they’re doing when they reuse them barcodes little extra in their pocket unless you catch it like I did. Good luck.

Horrible customer service. Sent my husband to get a specific item due to me not being able to leave the house. Sent him with a picture and everything. The girl gave him the wrong item twice. With the photo in her hand. She did exchange the first one for the second one but the owner said “we don’t do exchanges”. Well, the clerk should know what products are what and know she gave him the wrong item TWICE. He doesn’t use this product and the trust was in the sellers hand, who should know the product. We only ever shop here, no longer will now.

Bought a vape from them today, and the kid at the desk sold me the juice only. Once I realized it was the juice, not even 5 minutes, I went back inside and told them they sold me the wrong thing… they proceeded to say once I leave the store they can’t return it. So I had to buy an ACTUAL vape, and now I’m left with a random blue RAZ juice. May I add, not even 5 minutes, did not leave the parking lot, was just in my car and I returned back inside, but they still refused.

Went there and bought a vape. Did not work when I opened box. I called and they tell me there’s nothing they can do best they can do is give me a discount on the next one I buy. I will never buy another vape from them again total rip off.
