Been a loyal customer for a while now. Typically no issue. Today I came in and purchased 2 vapes which I typically buy at least once a week. I accidentally gave the wrong name for one - Tiffany instead of Vicky. She grabbed the two and typically they are not unwrapped but today they were completely unwrapped before I even paid or even placed in front of me to verify. When I corrected my mistake - surprise couldn't exchange it because the product was already opened (which I never asked for nor has it been done in over a year that I've been coming here). I even tipped because the female employee was someone that normally waits on me. Well unfortunately I will not be returning and going elsewhere. Enjoy the tip.

L smoke shop I paid 15 dollars for a flavorless vape ( fresh berries, I get it all the time and it has plenty of flavor) I asked for an exchange since i tried it in the shop and the Employee told me that her boss said that customers are not allowed to get an exchange on vapes and you have to repay if the vape you just bought is out or damaged. INSANE

Im living around for 4 yrs or more and always come to this store and is great they have everything what you need AND more 100%recommend , but when Josie is in the store is such a vibe, so positive and polite, really glad to being there
