I promise I'm no Karen, I was just night up with respect & manners and expect the same like any other person. So I Came in 20 something minutes before closing, not the 10 minutes the associate Ben said, who was very rude. My total was $19.38 or something like that, gave him a $20, he gave me my vape juice and that was it- I politely said "do you just not give people their change back- i know it wasn't much, but it's common sense & curstesy to give change what's owed no matter the amount. I simply said that if he didn't have change why didn't he ask if I could give him correct change or something... All he said was "well you did come in 10 minutes before we close" which again, it was not 10 minutes cause after I had time to go to the vape shop down the street, purchase the same item, then Came back to ask for refund after going to another shop & getting what I also got here but for cheaper. My fault I did not notice the no refund of exchanges sign in the window. Most of the kids I've encountered that work here have absolutely no knowledge of products and act that you are bothering them from having to look up from their phones & interrupt their phone calls when you go into this store. Unless I'm desperate, I'm not going back which sucks cause it's so close to my house. Am I wrong about the whole change thing and he should have asked me if I had exact change cause he didn't have any change at all to give back to me. Sorry for rambling- I am not one to write comments like this.
