Brian was very knowledgeable about all his products. They sell everything you could need from torches to hookahs. They also have a huge selection of glassware. Prices are very fair great shopping experience. Came in today and Jasmine is a great employee and is definitely an asset to this business. She was extremely helpful very knowledgeable this girl knows her products. Recognizing is most definitely due if not a promotion. BTW was here today on 02-04-2021 this is an updated post. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good deal.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. The person at the counter was very unknowledgeable about the products. I was told over the phone that the product was vegan, but when I arrived, it wasn’t. I decided to proceed with the purchase anyway. He then told me the item was 27 milligrams, and I trusted him as the expert since he works there — only to later find out it was actually 15 mg. I called to request an exchange (not even a return), and he told me that all sales are final. I will make sure not to recommend this store, and I hope this review discourages others from shopping there. Proper customer service would have been something like: “We can exchange it for you this time since there was a misunderstanding about the dosage.”

Bought a battery. Two weeks later, it wouldn't charge. Went there. She said no returns or exchanges. I said whatever cool, I'll just buy another one. It lasted 10 puffs and then wouldn't recharge. Went back that that night and the manager said that's why we don't recommend that kind. Lol, she was the one that sold me the first one I even added gratuity to both transactions and every time I was there. Avoid this place! There was a smoke shop next door to me for 10 years that moved locations. 10 people a week come by looking for it. I would tell them to go there. Never again!!
