From a pipe smokers perspective, I would caution against this retailer. Tinned tobacco is priced around 3x retail. I asked the man working if the pipe I was buying was briar wood. He assured me it was - it was not. That is my fault for trusting and not looking closer. Either being misinformed or dishonest about a product means I won't be back.

Went here today for the 1st time have to say I bought 3 cigars one double cutter and I have to say the customer service was excellent but 2 out of 3 cigars were stale, probably the humidifier must be bad or not right called to notify the employee and I felt like he thought I was lying or just trying to get something if you go here please check before buying again the young lady great customer service but the problem is the product was no good. Waist of my money sorry but honestly is the best policy.

One of the finest examples of a cigar shop I have seen coming across the country. The purveyor was so pleasant, and so accommodating, it was an absolute pleasure to shop here. I was so appreciative, and when he didn't have the cigars brand that I was looking for, he was very compassionate and empathetic for my journey and search. Let's just say you made it worth my while to park my 85 ft rig in the middle of the street while I ran inside, by the way I called ahead and he had my order ready at the counter and told me where to park. Great shop and the owner is a super nice guy. Always top of the line cigars and all kinds of accessories. The staff is friendly and the humidor is always set to proper specifications. Highly recommend.
