Christina(nina) is a very sweet and amazing employee she makes me feel welcomed she amazing to chat to and chill with and shes funny shes amazing when i need help looking at stuff to best staff ever Christian is mad awesome to amazing guy over all he helps me with everything i also like chatting with him as well and hes super sweet and helpful and understanding💜💜🙌 Both of these people are my favorite staff🙌💜🙌 I recommend coming to this place if u wanna vibe and chill and have fun they are fun to be around and super helpful and kind💜💜

This place started off great, I was new to the area and new to the whole 'different variations of THC thing' (where I'm from 🇨🇦 weed is legal so never had to deal with that). Younger gentleman, longer hair and beard, is amazing. Product knowledge is top notch, I would often travel past multiple smoke shops to get to this one because of him and the customer service he provided. Instead, over the last 2-3 months, I would be met with this young brunette girl chalked full of attitude and knowledge is next to zero (had the balls to argue with me that India energizes and sativa calms? This is THC 101 type stuff) I have a handicap plaquard and need the spot closest to the door - but guess who parks there? This woman (I know as most times it's just her and I parked in the parking lot/in store) She's rude, belittling and has no idea what she's doing or how to deal with customers. I would spend upwards of $100/wk at this store, I have since took my business elsewhere. Big shame as I really enjoyed this place. This employee has cost your business $5k/yr in sales from just losing me, and based on the last few negative reviews I've read, who I'm sure are referencing this woman, that lost revenue number is SO much higher. Very simple business decision = lose this employee.

👽🛸AMYEY IS the best! Totally went above and beyond for all of my pickey,needy, annoying questions and needs and made me feel welcomed and valued. Which is rare in the world I live in. So from now on, this store will be my GO-TO for what I need. Great selection great price, and I was very pleased with the veterans discount I received! I highly recommend this store! Three thumbs up

Amy the manager helped me today. I was only gonna buy some flower but she showed me these gummies. I was skeptical cuz gummies are so weak to me but these are great. Her customer service was awesome, might start coming here instead of the smoke shop close to my place
