I Came in at 9:15 PM on a Tuesday night, Guy at the counter argued with me about the price of a RAZ Vape… Proceeded to sell me a broken vape, that had a broken screen, and was already burnt out of the box and refused to exchange it or sell me a new one but insisted I take my money back and leave the store

I couldn’t get My 1980s DEA lighter to work. Turns out I needed all new parts and I would’ve had no idea If it wasn’t for the owner there. Not only did they have everything I needed but He was an expert and even helped me put it together.

Love this place! Been coming here for years to get hookah shisha. The owners are super cool and always help you find what you want. They have such a nice high quality selection of everything. I just got a vape there recently and they were very knowledgeable and helped me set it up. I was impressed and extremely happy with it. It’s in a great location right on South Howard. Amazing customer service always and the chillest atmosphere. Especially with the nice cat in the corner. I always recommend them for all my friends. Definitely best smoke shop ever.
