The staff here are excellent. They have a very diverse selection as well as some extremely rare and hard to come by products. All of their “allocated” products are very reasonably priced unlike some of the shops in southern Florida. I truly enjoyed my experiences of shopping here.

The option to buy individual cigars was not available for Drew Estates Factory Smokes. I bought a 25 pack and have an electric humidifier. On day 2 and they are stale. I can order from Neptune Cigars in Fort Lauderdale and they have individual options and they are much fresher. Although a local, buying and shipping from afar is better. Product is lame at this location as I felt many of the cigars to be very firm.

We come to this lounge once a month and spend $30-40 each. Today, a very Rude and standoffish employee came at my friend for smoking a Cuban cigar after he had just bought a $30 cigar as a courtesy to the lounge and told him to put it out or get out. I had also purchased a $30 Davidoff and a $15 LFD. We are very easy going. But won't be back.

I have been to this store over the last few years and I have never seen it so clean, organized, and stocked with a great selection of cigars. AJ the manager is great. Very helpful and know his stuff. Came in for a couple cigars and walked out with over 20 mixed matches and got a great deal. Definitely stopping by more often and a great hang out spot. Thanks AJ

Smoke Inn is the go to spot if you are in Tequesta. I’ve been coming for some time and I’ve seen a huge difference this week since the new manager took over. The store is spotless and the lounge is clean. The shelves are stocked and it is fun to explore the varied selection of cigars. AJ is top notch and his knowledge is unmatched. His customer service is unmatched. If you want the full blown cigar lounge experience make sure you stop in and see AJ.
